IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE UPCOMING DEBIT CARD CHANGE
On July 28, 2008, we will implement a new and enhanced Visa Debit Card program.
The benefits for you as a First National customer are:
- Immediate credit of deposits for use with your debit card at any accepting merchant or ATM machine (our current Funds Availability Policy will still apply)
- Purchases or withdrawals will be visible immediately after the transaction on the online banking program at www.fnbokla.com
- Later in 2008, a rewards program will be introduced that offers merchandise and services for your debit card use
We will be mailing the debit cards on or about July 14, 2008 to current debit card holders. While the card may look the same as your current one, the new card numbers will begin with 4643. On the reverse of your new card, there will be Accel-Exchange and Plus networks listed. You will also receive a new PIN approximately three days after you receive your new debit card. DO NOT activate or begin using your new debit card until July 28, 2008. You should continue to use your current card through July 27th but begin using your new and improved card on July 28th.
It is important to know that since you will be receiving a new debit card with a different debit card number and if you use your debit card to pay recurring payments or expenses, you should modify the information with the merchant who receives the payment.
If you currently do not have an FNB debit card and would like one, please contact our new accounts representative at any of our eight convenient branches.
